Ingredients

3 cups corn cut from the cob

3 Tablespoons butter

1 teaspoon dry mustard

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper

3 drops of Tabasco

1/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Preparation

Combine corn & 1/4 cup water in a medium saucepan. Bring to a boil; cover, reduce heat and simmer 7 - 8 minutes or until corn is just tender. Drain.

Add butter, mustard, salt and pepper and Tabasco to the corn; blend well. Cook over medium heat until thoroughly heated. Stir in cheese - serve immediately.
