Ingredients
Mayonnaise………..1/4 cup
Mustard, prepared….1 teaspoon
Onion, minced……..1/2 tspn.
Pickle, kosher dill- 1/8" diced…………….1/3 cup
Salt……………..to taste
Pepper……………1/4 tspn.
Celery, 1/8" dice….1/2 cup
Eggs, hard cooked- 1/4" dice
…………………7 each
Preparation
Combine mayonnaise with prepared mustard, minced onion, chopped dill pickle, salt and pepper. Stir to blend well.
Add diced celery and eggs. Stir just enough to combine.
Cover and refrigerate until time of service.
Serve as desired for salads and sandwiches.
