Ingredients
12 large eggs
1 T. oil for water
Add after hard boiled:
1 T. mustard
1/4 C. mayonnaise
2 tsp. prepared creamy horseradish
2 T. onion, finely chopped
salt and pepper to taste
paprika for garnish
Preparation
Place eggs in saucepan. Cover with water. Bring water to a boil. Lower heat and allow to simmer for 10 to 12 min. Pour cold water over eggs. Tap an egg and peel under running water. Cut in half and remove yolks from eggs. Place all yolks in a small bowl. Mash the eggs with a fork and add the remaining ingredients. Fill the yolks with the yolk mixture. Garnish with paprika. You may add additional salt and pepper. Place on serving plate and chill until ready to serve.
