Ingredients
12 hard cooked eggs-extra large size
2 tsp. dehydrated grated onion
2 tsp. worchestshire sauce
1 tsp. each of: dry mustard & paprika
1/2 tsp. of salt
Few drops of Tobasco sauce
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/4 c. Helmans mayonnaise
1 T. apple cider vinegar
Preparation
Boil eggs until hard boiled stage. Peel eggs and cut in 1/2, lengthwise. Empty yolks into a bowl and mash. Add onion, seasonings, mayonnaise and vinegar. Blend thoroughly. Refill egg halves using a decorating bag and tube. Garnish with a little sprinkle of paprika
