Ingredients
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard 1/4 teaspoon salt
dash of cayenne pepper 2 Tablespoons milk
1 Tablespoon soft butter
1 teaspoon vinegar or lemon juice
Preparation
Peel and chill 4 hard-boiled eggs. Using a narrow, sharp-pointed knife, mark a sawtooth line lengthwise around each egg. Mark points evenly, 1/2" long. Carefully cut down through the marked line to yolk of egg, and carefully remove yolk. Mash yolks and mix with above ingredients.
Fill egg whites with yolk mixture. Sprinkle tops with paprika.
