Ingredients

3 tbsp Heinz chili sauce

1 1/2 tbsp lemon juice

2 tsp Worcestershire sauce

1/4 tsp dry mustard

1/4 tsp paprika

1/8 tsp curry powder

shake of pepper

1 cup of water (or so… depends how thick you want the sauce after it reduces)

4-6 lamb or pork chops

1.5 cups cooked egg noodles

1 tbsp poppy seeds

1.5 tsp butter

Preparation

  1. Mix the following ingredients together to make sauce:
  • 3 tbsp Heinz chili sauce
  • 1 1/2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp dry mustard
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • 1/8 tsp curry powder
  • shake of pepper
  • 1 cup of water (or so… depends how thick you want the sauce after it reduces)
  1. Brown chops in a little oil (quickly)

  2. Pour sauce on top of the chops and turn the heat down between medium and low

  3. Simmer uncovered for 20 minutes

  4. Meanwhile… make egg noodles according to the package directions

  5. When egg noodles are finished, mix a little butter in and add some poppy seeds

  6. Serve and enjoy!! :)
