Ingredients

2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut in strips

2 c Bisquick

1/2 flour

1/2 c grated parmesian cheese

2 tsp garlic powder

2 tsp onion powder

2 tsp lemon peel

1 tsp paprika

1 tsp black pepper

1 tsp oregano

1 tsp parsley flakes

1 tsp sage

1 egg

1 c milk

Olive oil

Preparation

Beat egg and milk in shallow bowl. Combine remaining ingredients except chicken and oil. Heat just enough oil to cover the bottom of the frying pan. Coat chicken strips in egg mix, then in bisquick mix. Fry until cooked through, turning once. Drain on a papertowel.
