Ingredients
3 cups blueberry’s (wash well and take off any stems)
1 cup sugar
2 1/2 teaspoons of tapioca beads
1 box flako pie crust mix
Preparation
mix all ingredients together and let sit while preparing the crust.
Prepare crust according to package directions.
Pour mixture into pie shell, add top and cut 2-3 slits to let out steam
If you prefer a crumb topping instead, add mixture to pie shell and then combine 1 cup flour, 1/4 cup softened butter and 1/4 cup sugar, mix together and sprinkle on top of the pie.
Bake at 425 for 25-35 minutes
