Ingredients
1 loaf French or Italian bread
1 can chunk light tuna
1 C. grated cheese (cheddar, jack or mozzarella)
Mayonnaise as needed
Preparation
Preheat oven t0 350. Cut bread lengthwise and remove most of soft interior. Combine tuna with bread, cheese and mayonnaise to make a nice mixture. Stuff tuna mixture into bread shell. Wrap in tinfoil. Bake about 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and tuna is heated through. Slice on the diagonal to serve.
