Ingredients

1 Whole Butternut Squash

Butter

Salt

Pepper

Preparation

Pre Heat the oven to 375 degrees. If the squash is fresh you can leave the skin on if its a bit older the skin will be tough and you will want to remove it. Then cut the squash into medalions about 1/2 inch thick. Season each medalion on both sides with butter salt and pepper. Bake on a baking sheet for 8-10 minutes per side, then turn over and 8-10 minutes again. Serve hot.
