Ingredients
4 oz plain cream cheese
4 oz Feta Cheese
4 oz Mozzarella Cheese
2 oz Parmesano Reggiano Cheese
8 Jalapeno Peppers
Oregono
Dill Weed
Salt
Pepper
Preparation
Place all your cheeses in a saucepan with some lubricant (light oil or cooking spray like pam works) to keep the cheese from sticking to the pan. Melt the cheese slowly over low heat to combine. Once the cheese has melted add your oregono and dill weed and salt and pepper to taste. Cut the tops off your peppers and cut a slit down one side, making a t shaped cut at the point. Take out the seeds, if you want milder poppers remove the ribs but I like mine hot so I try to preserve as much of the ribs as I can. Pre heat the oven to 400 degrees. Stuff your peppers with your cheese sauce and then bake poppers for about 8-10 minutes. Let cool and serve when ready
