Ingredients

1/4 cup cream cheese

4 tsp Dijon mustard

1/2 tsp freshly ground coarse pepper

1/4 freshly ground coarse sea salt

1/2 tsp dill

capers

rice crackers

Preparation

  1. Soften cream cheese in a bowl for approximately 15 seconds in the microwave.

  2. Mix in Dijon mustard, pepper, sea salt, and dill. Blend well.

  3. Using a pastry bag, make spirals of the cheese mixture on the rice crackers. A plastic sandwich bag with a small corner cut off works just as well.

  4. Top each cracker with approximately 1/8 tsp of capers, pressing gently into the cheese.
