Fresh Scallops

¼ cup Dijon Mustard, such as Grey Poupon

¼ cup Sweet Orange Marmalade, such as Smuckers

1 tbsp. Lemon Juice Concentrate

Preparation

1.In a large bowl, mix mustard, marmalade, and lemon juice thoroughly.

2.Toss scallops in Dijon-orange sauce and allow to marinate for 30 minutes.

3.Heat skillet, lightly oiled with vegetable oil, over medium heat. Sear scallops in sauce until golden brown on both sides. Serve immediately.
