Ingredients
4 4 oz salmon fillets(skin on)
1 tbsp dijon mustard
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
2-3 minced garlic cloves
pinch red pepper flakes
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Preheat oven to 400. Place salmon skin side down on baking sheet lined with parchment or foil. Mix together mustard, lemon juice, garlic, red pepper flakes and salt and pepper. Spread over salmon and bake 10-15 minutes.
