3 T Dijon
Juice of 1 Lemon
2 tsp honey
2/3 c olive oil
Dash red wine vinegar
Preparation
Mix mustard, lemon juice. Add honey, olive oil and vinegar. Season with salt and pepper. Spoon over cooked lamb chops.
