Ingredients

1 lb organic chicken breasts

tarragon

1 chunky dijon mustard

2 cloves of garlic

olive oil

lemon

salt and pepper to taste

Preparation

Dice garlic and mix in a bowl with a bit of tarragon, a good glug of olive oil and the lemon juice. Pat dry the chicken breasts and salt and pepper both sides. Score the chicken and rub in the mixture. Let stand for fifteen minutes in the refridgerator. Broil for ten minutes and serve.
