Ingredients

1/2 cup olive (or canola) oil

1/4 cup rye whiskey (or subsitute beer)

tbsp brown sugar

2 tbsp soya sauce

tbsp minced ginger

tsp garlic powder

salt and pepper

tbsp dill (to taste)

1 large salmon fillet (or make it two)

Preparation

Preheat oven to 425F. Mix ingredients together and marinate salmon in for at least one hour (better if it’s two). Cover salmon with foil (put fillets on top of each other if there are two) and pour in juices. Put a cookie tray underneath to catch any dripping juices. Cook for 15-20 minutes (20-25 for 2 fillets).
