Ingredients
12 oz. salmon fillet, cut in half
2 18"x 24" pieces aluminum foil
1/2 cup greek yogurt
1/4 tsp. dill weed
Garlic powder
1 lemon, sliced
Preparation
- Preheat grill to medium-hot. Place the fillets skin side down in the center of the foil. Lightly cover the fillets with yogurt. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with dill and garlic powder.
- Place 2 or 3 lemon slices on each fillet. Fold foil over fish to form large foil packets leaving room for heat circulation. Place packets on preheated grill.
- Cook 25 minutes or until fish flakes with a fork.
