Ingredients
2 cups long-grain rice
1 pkg fresh dill (chopped)
1 yellow onion (sliced thin)
2 T vegetable oil
1 10.5 oz can garbanzo beans (drained)
juice of one lemon
Preparation
Prepare rice in rice cooker and pan as usual with 3 T chopped fresh dill. While that cooks, cook onion in vegetable oil until just starting to caramelize. Once rice is cooked add garbanzo beans and onions and drizzle lemon juice over the top. Garnish with fresh dill and serve.
