Ingredients

4 leeks or 2 onions

1 head broccoli

8 cups chicken or vegetable stock

2 large potatoes, two small potatoes, cubed

1 cup milk

pinch cumin

Preparation

Saute onions or leeks. Add 1 head broccoli, chopped, 8 cups of broth, potatoes. Add a pinch of cumin and cook 3-40 minutes. Add salt and pepper. Put through processor or use immersion blender, but leave coarse. Add one coup of whole milk, and warm through.
