Ingredients

-8 oz cream cheese

-1 C grated Swiss cheese

-8 slices of bacon, cooked and crumbled

-1/2 C mayonnaise

-2 T chopped green onions

-1/2 C crushed Ritz crackers

Preparation

  1. Soften cream cheese in a mixing bowl, then add mayonnaise, Swiss cheese and green onions
  2. Transfer to a baking dish, then top with bacon and cracker crumbles
  3. Bake at 350º for 15-20 minutes
