Ingredients
low fat ranch dressing (you may also use low fat italian).
baby carrots or cut up carrots(I prefer cut up carrots because they are much tastier)
celery sticks
grape tomatoes
seedless cucumber sticks
black olives
tyson fully cooked breast strips.
(they also have flavored)thawed.
hard boiled eggs
rolled salami(this adds more fat and sodium)
rolled turkey breasts lunchmeat
rolled baked ham lunchmeat.
Preparation
Put some dressing in a disposable plastic container. Mix and match veggies and protiens for dipping. I separate each item in plastic snack bags and I use two vegetables and two protiens per lunch.If you have a hearty eater you may use more. My kids friends always join in and I find myself loading them up with veggies!
