Ingredients

1 - 32 ounce package reduced fat Oreos

1 - 8 ounce package lite cream cheese

1 cup powdered sugar

1 stick butter

2 small packages (dry) vanilla pudding mix

3 1/2 cups skim milk

1 - 12 ounce container lite Cool Whip

Preparation

Grind up Oreos and set aside. In a small mixing bowl, cream powdered sugar, cream cheese, and butter together. In a large mixing bowl, combine vanilla pudding mix and milk. Fold in the Cool Whip. Fold the cream cheese mixture into vanilla pudding. In a container, place a layer of the Cool Whip mixture on the bottom. Then add a layer of Oreos and continue alternating layers. Refrigerate for 24 hours. Garnish with gummy worms, if desired.
