Ingredients
1/2 stick margarine
8 oz. cream cheese
1 cup confectioner’s sugar
3 1/2 cups milk
1 small pkg. vanilla instant pudding mix
12 oz. cool whip
1 lb. package Oreo cookies
Preparation
Combine margarine, cream cheese, and sugar; blend well and set aside. In separate bowl, mix milk and vanilla pudding mix until thickened. Blend cream cheese mixture with pudding mixture. Crumble Oreo cookies (big chunks work best). Fold in cookie crumbs and Cool Whip. Alternate layers of cookie crumbs and pudding mixture in serving bowl. (Note: Mix all together instead of layering.)
