Ingredients

3 oz Dry Gin of Choice

1/2 oz Dry Vermouth

1/2 oz olive juice

Traditional Feta Cheese

3-5 Spanish Olives, pimento removed

Preparation

Chill Gin, Vermouth, olives in refridgerator. Fill ice 1/2 full in cocktail shaker. Remove pimentos from olives, re-stuff with feta cheese.

Add all to shaker, shake until shaker begins to frost. Strain into cocktail glass. Crumble additional feta cheese in glass to taste.
