Ingredients

2 Tbs. red vinegar

1/8 Tsp. ground nutmeg

1/8 Tsp. ground cumin.

1-1/2 Qt. water.

Saucepan w/lid.

Favorite hot dogs, not skinless.

Preparation

Bring water to very low simmer, add vinegar, cumin and nutmeg. Add up to two packs of dogs and cover for at least ten minutes, up to two hours very low.

Warmed ( steamed )rolls if possible.
