Ingredients

1 bag pre-packaged salad mix

1 bag pre-packaged spinach leaves AND/OR

1 bag pre-packaged romaine lettuce

1 cup walnuts OR pecans

4 large stalks celery, diced

4 large carrots, diced

1 large onion, diced

1 large cucumber, diced

2 bags of ramen noodles, NOT COOKED

1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1 apple, diced

1 small can mandarin oranges, diced and drained

Preparation

Toss all vegetables and fruits together in a large bowl. Break up uncooked ramen noodles and toss in. Toss in nuts. Top with your favorite dressing, or simply add a few shakes of garlic and fresh lemon slices.
