Ingredients

3 lb. onions, chopped

1+ head garlic, minced/pressed

~ 1 1/2 c. olive oil

S+P

10 can Tomato Puree OR

6 28 oz. Cans Crushed Tomatoes

10 can Diced Tomatoes

Couple handfulls Sugar

2 bottles full-bodied red wine

3 Bay Leaves

1 1/2 tsp. Tarragon

1 Tbl. Thyme

1+ Tbl. Oregano (I prefer MX)

1 1/2 tsp. Basil

2 tsp. Rosemary

1 tsp. Marjoram

1 tsp. Crushed Red Pepper

1/2 c. Parsley

Preparation

  1. Saute onions + garlic in oil and S+P until soft.

  2. Add all remaining ingredients and simmer for a couple of hours.
