Ingredients
Cake:
2 cups cake flour
2 eggs
2 cups sugar
½ t salt
1 t baking soda
1 t vanilla
20 oz crushed pineapple
Topping:
5 oz evaporated milk
1 ½ cups butter
1 cup sugar
1 ½ cups coconut
1 cup pecans
Preparation
Cake: Preheat oven to 350.
Mix all ingredients together by hand. Pour into a greased 9x13 pan. Bake for 20-35 minutes
Topping: Mix milk, butter, and sugar. Bring to a boil. Stir in coconut and nuts. Spread on top of cake.
