Ingredients
3 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 cups sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 cups cooking oil
1 8 oz. can crushed pineapple
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
2 cups mashed bananas (very ripe)
Preparation
Measure flour, baking soda, cinnamon, salt and sugar and sift together. Add bananas to dry ingredients, along with oil, vanilla, eggs & pineapple.
Stir to blend.
Bake in a tube or bundt pan at 350 degrees for 1 hour 20 minutes. Set aside to cool on rack when done.
