Ingredients
2 cups whole wheat flour
1 cup peanut butter
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 cup milk
Preparation
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
In a bowl, combine flour and baking powder. In another bowl, mix peanut butter and milk until well blended then add dry ingredients and mix well. Roll out dough to 1/4 inch thick and use cookie cutter to create biscuit. Place on prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 20 minutes or until lightly browned on bottom.
