Ingredients

1/4 pound Gorgonzola Dolce

4 tablespoons butter (no salt added)

1/2 cup heavy cream

1/4 teaspoon white pepper

1/8 teaspoon of freshly grated nutmeg

Pinch of salt

Preparation

Slowly melt all ingredients in a sauce pot on a low heat until velvety smooth. Serve immediately.
