Ingredients
1 package Ground Beef
1/4 C. Shredded Parmesan
1 Egg
1/2 C. Milk
3-4 slices White Bread
1 C. Breadcrumbs
1 Lemon
2-3 Garlic Cloves
2T. EVOO
Salt & Pepper to taste
Preparation
Mix hamburger and parmesan with egg. Add several slices of white bread soaked in milk. Form mixture into 1 inch balls and roll in breadcrumbs.
Heat olive oil in skillet over moderate heat, add crushed garlic cloves and cook until golden.
Add meatballs to skillet and brown on all sides until cooked through. Squeeze fresh lemon juice on top of meatballs, salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
