Ingredients

1 head lettuce

1/2 c. chopped celery

1 - 1 1/2 c. mayonnaise

1/2 c. chopped red onions

8 slices crisp bacon, crumbled

1 green peppers, chopped

10 oz. frozen peas

2 T. sugar

4 oz. grated cheddar cheese

Preparation

Spread chopped lettuce on bottom of pan. Sprinkle with green pepper, celery and onion. Sprinkle frozen peas over this. Mix sugar with mayonnaise and spread over peas. Sprinkle cheese on top. Refrigerate overnight to allow flavors to mingle. Add bacon right before serving so it will stay crisp.
