Ingredients
1lb gr. beef
1lb pork sausage
2 cans spicy chili beans
1 jar salsa–16oz
1 can kidney beans, drain and rinse
1 can pinto beans, drain and rinse
1 can diced tomatoes–14.5oz
1 can tomato sauce–8oz
1 can cream mushroom soup
8oz velveeta cheese
cayenne pepper to taste
chili powder to taste
Preparation
cook the meat, i cook mine with garlic/onions/gr pepper but its flexible. add everything except the velveeta into the crockpot. add meat to crockpot when the meat is done cooking. cook in crockpot till bubbly. high or low, but its got to simmer for at least an hour. turn off crock pot and add velveeta cheese and let it melt into the chili. once the cheese is melted its ready to eat.
if you dont like velveeta, you dont have to put it in.
