Ingredients
4 c flour
2 c sugar
2 T baking powder
1 t cinnamon
3 c frozen cherries, thawed & rinsed
1 c butter, melted
4 eggs
1 c milk
1 t vanilla
Topping:
1 c flour
1/2 c sugar
1/3 c butter, softened
1/2 t cinnamon
Preparation
Preheat oven to 425.
Combine dry ingredients & blend. In separate bowl, toss 1 T dry ingredients w/cherries.
In lg bowl mix butter, milk, eggs & vanilla. Then add dry ingredients and stir until incorporated. Fold in cherries. Spoon batter into muffin tin to about 3/4 full and sprinkle w/topping. Bake for 15 to 20 min.
