Ingredients
1 cup butter
3 cups sugar
4 eggs
2 cups crushed bananas
4 tblsp buttermilk
3 cups flower
2 tsp baking soda
4 tsp vanilla
Cream cheese frosting
8 cup powdered sugar
6 tbsp half and half
2 packages cream cheese
2 tsp vanilla
Preparation
Cream butter,sugar,eggs together. Add each additional ingredient stirring well after each. Bake in 3 8x8 pans. Bake at 350 for 25 to 30 minutes, layer with sliced bananas.
