Ingredients
1 lg 13-oz bag of Doritos. Save 2 cups for Casserole topping.
2 TBSP Onion, grated
1-10 oz can of chili with beans
10-15 oz Enchilada Sauce
8 oz can tomato sauce
1-1/2 c shredded sharp cheddar cheese
Topping ingredients:
2 c Doritos
1/2 c shredded cheese
1-1/4 c sour cream
Preparation
Preheat oven to 375 degrees Crumble 6 C doritos in mixing bowl Add onion, chili, enchilada & tomato sauces, and 1-1/2 cups cheddar cheese to the crumbled doritos. Stir with rubber spatula to combine. Place mixture into an 8-1/2 x 11" casserole dish. Bake for 20 minutes Remove from oven. Spread sour cream, over top and spread with spoon. Top with remaining doritos, sprinkle with remaining 1/2 c cheese. Bake another 5 minutes and serve.
