Ingredients
Crust:
3 cups Flour
1/2 cup Sugar
1 cup Oleo
1/2 teaspoon Salt
Filling:
4 Eggs, slightly beaten
1 1/2 cups Karo Light Corn Syrup
1 1/2 cups Sugar
3 Tablespoons Butter, melted
1 1/2 teaspoons Vanilla
2 1/2 cups Pecans, chopped
Preparation
Grease bottom and sides of 15x10x1 pan. Prepare crust: In large bowl with a mixer at medium speed, beat flour, sugar, oleo and salt until coarse crumbs; press firmly into pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Prepare filling: In a large bowl stir eggs, syrup, sugar, oleo and vanilla until blended; stir in pecans. Spread over hot crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until set. Cool on rack.
