Ingredients

3/4 cup margarine (room temp)

1 cup brown sugar (packed)

1/2 cup sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla

2 eggs

2 cups floor

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon salt

2 cups chocolate chips

Preparation

Cream shortening, brown sugar, sugar and vanilla until light and fluffy.

Add eggs and beat well.

Combine flour, baking soda and salt; add to creamed mixture.

Stir in chocolate chips.

Drop by teaspoon fulls onto ungreased cookie sheet then bake at 375 for 8 to 10 minutes or until light brown.
