Ingredients
Ingredients for one batch (about 2 dozen)
2/3 C Oleo
1 C Sugar
1 Egg (regular not jumbo)
1 tsp Vanilla
1 C Flour
1/2 C Cocoa
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1/4 tsp Salt
1 2/3 C (or 10oz pkg) Mint Chocolate Chips
Preparation
Heat oven to 350 Combine oleo and sugar and mix until well blended Add eggs and vanilla and beat well Sift together flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt Gradually add sifted flour mixture to wet ingredients and beat well Stir in mint chocolate chips Drop by rounded tsp onto an ungreased pan (I use parchment paper) Bake for 8 to 9 minutes or until “just set”
