Ingredients
3/4 cup butter, softened
1 1/4 cup white sugar
2 tbsp milk
1 tbsp vanilla
1 egg
1 cup flour
3/4 cup cocoa powder
1 tsp salt
3/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate chips (or chunks)
1 package white chocolate chips (or 1 1/4 cups white chocolate chunks)
Preparation
- Pre-heat oven to 350.
- Cream butter and sugar in a large bowl. Add milk and vanilla, mix until creamy. Beat in egg.
- Sift together flour, cocoa powder, salt and baking soda.
- Add flour mixture to butter mixture and mix until just blended.
- Stir in both chocolates.
- Drop by tsp full onto ungreased cookie sheet.
- Bake 7-9 minutes for chewy cookies, bake 10-12 minutes for crispy cookies. Leave on cookie sheet for 2-3 minutes. Let cool completely on wire rack.
