Ingredients

4 gold kiwis

4 green kiwis

1 cup finely chopped red onion

2 tablespoons chopped cilantro

1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint

1 tablespoon lime juice

1 teaspoon ground cumin

Preparation

Peel kiwis and cut into 1/2-inch cubes.

Place all ingredients in a mixing bowl and carefully mix until well-blended.

Chill for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to blend.

Serve with corn tortilla chips or as an accompaniment to grilled pork, lamb, fish, or chicken.

Makes 3 cups.
