Ingredients

1 whole wheat hamburger bun

2 veggie burger patties

1 slice of cheese or vegetarian cheese

1 leaf Romaine lettuce

3 slices Avocado

3 Red onion slices

1/2 tsp Stone ground mustard

1/2 tsp Olive oil mayonnaise

Ketchup, if desired

Preparation

  1. Cook patties according to directions.

  2. Toast buns if desired.

  3. Place 1st patty on bottom bun, then place cheese on top.

  4. Place 2nd patty on top of cheese.

  5. Add lettuce, onion, and avocado.

  6. Spread top bun with mayo and and mustard, add top bun and enjoy!
