Ingredients

2 cups Apple Cider Vinegar

1/2 cup Catsup

1/4 cup Hienze Chilli sauce

1 tablespoon Lee and Perrins Worcestershire sauce

1/4 cup Stubbs Mild Barbecue sauce

1 tablespoon Mild Wing Sauce

1/2 cup Light Brown Sugar

1 Tablespoon Kosher salt

1/2 teaspoon chipolte pepper

1 tablespoon Hungarian sweet paprika

1/2 tablespoon clear Karo Syrup

2 tablespoon Montreal Steak Seasoning

1 bay leaf

Preparation

Combine all ingredients into a glass or non-reactive stainless steel bowl and whisk for 1 minute

Pour into sauce pan and bring to boil while occasionally whisking for 2 minutes

Strain thru fine mesh strainer, Cool and store in airtight container in refrigerator until ready to use
