Ingredients
2 cups flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. granulated sugar
1 c. (2 sticks) butter, softened
2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 eggs, add 1 @ a time, mixing after each
1/2 c. milk chocolate chips
1/2 c. semi-sweet chips
1 c. oatmeal
1 c. coconut
1/4 c. pecans, chopped
1/4 c. walnuts, chopped
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Sift first 5 ingredients in a small bowl [dry ingredients]
mix sugars (brown and white, butter, vanilla and eggs in large bowl (adding eggs one at a time)(whisk or use electric mixer)
Using electric mixer, slowly blend in dry ingredients to wet ingredients.
After well blended batter is mixed, stir in remaining ingredients.
drop rounded tablespoons onto a baking sheet and cook for 8-10 minutes, or until lightly browned.
