Ingredients
2 cups shredded lettuce
1 cup chopped tomato
1 cup (4 ounces) shredded mozzarella cheese
1 (2 1/2-ounce) jar dried beef, rinsed, drained, and cut into strips
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped cucumber
1/4 cup sliced pitted ripe olives
1/2 cup commercial Italian salad dressing
3 (6-inch) pita bread rounds, cut in half
Preparation
Combine all ingredients except bread, toss gently. Spoon into pita bread halves.
