(10-oz.) pkg. romaine and leaf lettuce salad greens (4 cups)

cup dried cherries

oz. (1/2 cup) crumbled Gorgonzola cheese

cup coarsely chopped walnuts

Preparation

In small bowl, combine vinegar, mayonnaise, mustard, salt and pepper; beat well with wire whisk. Slowly beat in oil until well blended. Cover; refrigerate until serving time.

Just before serving, in large bowl, toss lettuce with dressing. Divide evenly onto salad plates. Sprinkle each with cherries, cheese and walnuts.
