Ingredients
2 bags slaw mix
5 green onions, greens only
1/3 C sugar
1/4 C rice vinegar
1/2 C oil
2 T soy sauce
1/2 C butter
1/2 C slivered almonds
2 T sesame seeds
2 pkgs ramen noodles, chopped
Preparation
Combine onions, sugar, vinegar, oil, and soy sauce and shake well.
Melt butter in a frying pan. Brown the almonds, sesame seeds, and noodles. Drain on paper towels.
Assemble 20 minutes before serving.
