Ingredients

2 cups AP Flour

2 tsp Baking Powder

1/2 tsp Baking Soda

1 tsp Sugar

3/4 tsp salt

1 cup cold buttermilk

8 T Butter, melted and cooled

2 T Butter, melted

Preparation

Preheat oven to 475

Melt butter. Mix dry ingredients. When butter is cooled, add to buttermilk and let clump. Mix wet and dry ingredients. Dish onto parchment covered sheetpans using a greased #16 disher, or 1/4 cup measure.

Bake for 12 to 14 minutes. Brush with remaining 2T of melted butter
